No, you can’t see who liked your Video.

You can only learn about how many likes and dislikes you get, and from which countries you got them.

How?
  1. Login to your YouTube channel.
  2. Click on “Analytics” from the left side.
  3. On the left side, you’ll see a list. There, you will find the “Likes & Dislikes” section. YouTube will show you various metrics. Click on the map and you’ll see from which countries you’ve got views, likes, and dislikes.

Presently there is no tool available yet to know who likes or dislikes your YouTube video.

However, a lot of analytics tools available (free and paid) can give the performance outcome of your video (and YouTube channel) based on various parameters.

This gives you a broader view of your video and YouTube channel to understand where and how the traffic moving, the chaise, and the interest of users coming on.
