Recently, one particular filter is taking the app by storm – the TED Talk filter.

This filter allows users to create their own fictional TED Talk-Esque speech with both an animated audience and a spotlight-lit stage.

The video starts with a close-up of a little animated person.

The TED Talk filter superimposes your face onto this person, so it looks like you’re giving a speech.

After a few seconds, the filter zooms out and shows an exciting audience clapping for you while a video of yourself plays on the “screen” behind you.
